OUR SCHOOL

In December 2017, Scottsdale Unified School District broke gound on the Pima Elementary School rebuild.  The rebuild provided new and improved learning environments that elevate the educational experience for all scholars. The revitalized campus features state-of-the-art technology, modern facilities, and a beautiful landscape designed to inspire and enhance learning. The goal is to create a space where scholars thrive and reach their full potential. The new campus opened for the 2019-2020 school year.

Mr. Hodo will begin his fourth year as the principal of Pima Elementary School. Mr. Hodo has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in English Education, a Master of Science degree from Drake University in Effective Teaching and Learning with an emphasis in Urban Education, and a Specialist Degree from Drake University in Educational Leadership.
